ABOUT THE RACE...This is an annual run to raise funds and awareness for the Baptist Cancer Center. Tragically, one of our longtime members was killed in a cycling accident in the summer of 2019. His name was Jim O'Daniel, and he was an avid cyclist, runner, and swimmer. Jim lived and died in the pursuit of health and wellness. In his honor, we are renaming our event the Baptist Healthplex Jim O'Daniel 5K, previously known as the Brickstreet Classic.

AWARDS

Awards include Male and Female in Overall, Masters, and Grand Masters. Awards will also be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place by age group, gender, and event. Age groups are specified on registration form. All Fun Run participants ages 0-13 will receive a medal. 1’st place overall, male and female in Fun Run will receive an award.

Anyone registered for the race is automatically entered for a chance to win.

Awards: Awards will be given to the overall male and female winners in Open, Master’s, and Grand Master’s divisions for 5kRun and 5k Walk. First, Second and Third Place will be awarded in the following age groups:
