Stronger Together Foundation Virtual Walkathon Race Description
Qualifying Period: May 1st, 2024 - May 27th, 2024 at 6pm.
Join us for the second annual Stronger Together Foundation Virtual Walkathon!
During the month of May, pledge to walk, run, or roll at least 22 miles, signifying the 22 veteran suicides that occur every single day. The virtual route covers 2,200 miles around the United States, enabling you to participate at your own pace and from anywhere! All proceeds from registrations will go towards providing resources and community support to the loved ones of our veterans that have been lost to suicide. Here's how you can join us in making a difference:
1. Register: Sign up online for the Stronger Together Virtual Walkathon
2. Participate: Complete your pledged miles between May 1st and May 27th. Walk, run, or roll in your neighborhood, local parks, or on a treadmill.
3. Raise Awareness: Track your progress and share your journey with your friends and family on social media. As they follow along on your journey, you can raise money by encouraging them to purchase t shirts, make donations on your behalf, or sign up themselves!
Together, we can raise awareness about the epidemic plaguing our nation's heroes, and raise money to support those who have been left behind to deal with the tragic losses. To learn more about what we do, visit strongertogetherfoundation.org
