Teams: If you are going to be on the same team but are competing in a separate category read this.

When registering, if there is already a team created in another category that you wish to join, but you are participating in a different distance, the you must create that same team for your distance by giving the team the same name plus the distance. Example: The Blue Crew Team - originally created for the 10K but you are doing the 5K, so you would create a new team called "The Blue Crew Team 5K"
